<p>Meditation is a great way to relax ones mind and body by clearing our minds of all thoughts. This technique helps you gain better insight into your life. Meditation is widely practiced globally. It does not require you to go anywhere and you can practice it easily at home. Some mediation techniques require you to chant while others require you to focus on breath or anything else. When meditating, you need to concentrate from 5 to 15 minutes or more. One becomes aware on ones inner self and this gives life a new dimension altogether. <span id="more-36"></span>This article discusses how meditation brings us one step closer to success by making our lives less stressful and happy.</p>
<p>1. Reduction in Stress and Anxiety: This is the primary benefit of Meditation, we all are well familiar with this one. Meditation helps us in streamlining the whole functionality of body. The human body has chakras, once a person starts meditating, the chakras evoke, thus, providing us a better control over our minds. Other special meditation and tribal music have cleansing and <strong>self healing</strong> effect. <span id="more-11"></span>This kind of music usually works on your Chakras. Certain vibration and frequency clean your chakras and mental bodies.</p>

<p>When you are meditating in Pure Unconditional Love, You could do it anywhere you wish. You could meditate in the park, in your living room, or even while you are working. You don’t need to close your eyes to have Divine Love &amp; Lights pouring in through your Crown Chakra. <p>One has to remember, The Source is limitless. So, why are we limiting ourselves in order to communicate (meditating) with Him? Do not limit yourselves with rituals, music or even sitting position. <p>Why Meditation? Meditation has been known since the beginning of time and was widely practiced throughout various advanced civilization. Lately, modern doctors in big, reputable hospitals in the United States and Europe often includes Meditation as complement to their modern health treatments.</p>
<p>Meditation is proven to speed up the recovery time in many health problems. During meditation, our body will do a self healing session. When you relax, your brain is resting and for some people they will go into Alpha or even Theta condition. This is a deep meditation state. Meditation is considered as a reset button, where your body function is reset to its normal setting again, after a busy working day.</p>
